The versatile design of our lifting storage rack allows it to be installed on a variety of ceiling types, including wooden beams or concrete. For wooden beams, the appropriate beam spacing is 12/16/24 inches, and the length of the axle is 71", so please ensure that the beam is of sufficient length.

While the rack is suitable for ceiling heights up to 9 feet, we sincerely recommend ceilings not exceeding this height. The maximum length of the pole used for raising or lowering the deck is 4 feet, so if the ceiling is higher than 9 feet, you may need to stand on a ladder to reach the pole.

To ensure a level wire deck, please follow the installation guidelines carefully. Ensure that the installation template is used, the ceiling is level, the installation distance is correct, and the direction of the rotating handle is proper. If the wire deck appears uneven, with the higher side on the pulley side, it indicates an incorrect rotation direction of the pole. In this case, simply lower the wire deck to its lowest position and rotate the winding pole COUNTERCLOCKWISE to raise the deck.
